Built in Uncertain Times, With a Clear Purpose
Platinum Star Properties was founded in 2020 in Palm Springs, California—at the height of the pandemic. Originally launched as a vacation rental management company, we quickly adapted when COVID-19 disrupted the rental industry. From that pivot came something stronger: a full-service real estate brokerage built on flexibility, innovation, and a deep commitment to community.
What began in a Palm Springs garage with just two agents has grown into a mission-driven hybrid brokerage. Today, Platinum Star Properties helps buyers, sellers, and real estate agents across California and beyond achieve their goals with expert guidance, modern tools, and unmatched support. A Fire, a Turkey, and a Mission
More Than Real Estate—A Commitment to Community
Just before opening our first office, a fire nearly changed everything. Instead of letting it set us back, we moved forward and opened on time—by giving back. Our very first grand opening became a community event: Stop, Drop & Roll, a drive-up turkey and food donation benefiting three local food banks. What started that day has grown into an annual tradition of service.
From the beginning, the community has been at the heart of Platinum Star Properties. Our mission isn’t just about real estate—it’s about building stronger neighborhoods and supporting the people who call them home.

Platinum Star Properties operates as a modern hybrid brokerage, combining in-person expertise with powerful virtual tools to support agents and clients wherever they are. Our virtual office connects real estate professionals across regions, while our new headquarters at Rimrock Plaza in South Palm Springs (opened in 2024) offers a welcoming space for collaboration and growth.

Jonathan, Chief Operating Officer — Operational leader and CEO of Co-Linq, Jonathan brings a heart for inclusion and experience-driven execution to our growth and internal systems.
Diana, Licensed Transaction Coordinator — The backbone of our compliance and support operations, Diana ensures every deal is smooth and every agent has what they need.
Cesar, Community Engagement — Leading our nonprofit and charitable partnerships, Cesar coordinates our fundraising efforts, food drives, and local outreach.
