WELCOME HOME A byline that has been on my business cards since my first rental unit in 1986. It comes from the heart – and your heart is where your home truly is. 

My immediate family moved to Palm Springs in 1972. This is my hometown. My extended family – 5 generations now and counting have called Palm Springs “home”. I wish everyone welcome. I remember Jr High (the original Nellie Coffman) when the town only had two. PSUSD was 4 elementary, two Jr. High and one Palm Springs High School. A school field trip was walking across Ramon road and into the desert for my biology “plant press” project. Oh, how my hometown has grown. 

Next year will be a half century of my Palm Springs experience. An experience that has seen several peeks and valleys and valuations that have swung 50%.to our real estate market. This has been a special market place and knows special market conditions. I am comfortable here.
