Jason Rounsavall

Jason was born in Santa Monica, California and lived throughout the Los Angeles area, including the San Fernando Valley and Los Feliz area, adjacent to the beautiful mountains and hiking trails of Griffith Park where he had views of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House and Ennis house and the downtown skyline.

Real Estate has been his destination via a lifetime journey through his diverse experience in Interior & Kitchen/Bath design, Mortgage Underwriting, Real Estate Appraisal, and Hospitality & Accommodation Management, including creating and running a highly successful boutique Inn on magical Saltspring Island in British Columbia. At Blackberry Glen B&B, he and his partner hosted thousands of happy guests through their doors!

Jason is a dynamic, fun, organized and hard worker that is always focused on his client’s best interest. After 12 years in Canada, Jason moved back to Socal, enjoying again the sun-kissed skies and making his home here in the beautiful Coachella Valley in 2019. Here, he enjoys the unlimited inspiration of design, architecture, art, or a moment of zen under the blooming bougainvilleas, or hiking to a Palm oasis.
